I just realized that I posted about the guy sleeping on a bed on the sidewalk a few months ago and then China blocked me, literally and creatively. However, without further ado, here he is. You can see the street behind him and his shoes tucked neatly under the bed. The funny thing about this(if there is one) is after I took this picture, I never saw him out there again. He was just one of the curiosities that was China. Or is. It still exists and is still odd, but I just don't live there anymore. Thank you.
This summer is going great so far. Presently, I am sitting beside Rachel Cotton-Smith in the offices of Cotton Studios. She's doing art work and I'm supposed to be doing grad school stuff but I can't find the class I should be watching online. So I'm screwing around instead. It just started raining and I love that I'm looking out the window while I type this (literally- I haven't looked down at the computer for about a minute- I know, I got mad skills). We're hanging out here with Rachel and Al for a couple of days and- to be an eteranl pessimist- I'm already dreading the day we have to leave. We brought the dogs with us to visit Cooper and Bay thinks she's everyone's mom. She's not. But she thinks she is.
One month until we leave for Guatemala. I'm so super-excited I can't stand it! It's nice to be looking forward to going to work. Yea for happy thoughts!
